Working Together: Week of August 28- September 1.

Working Together: Week of August 28- September 1

Language: We will start our Saxon phonics curriculum. Our letter sounds for the week will be l and o.

Math: We will start our Montessori Math curriculum. We will be introduced to the short bead stairs and  the Decimal system.

Writing: We are practicing writing our numbers. This week we will start our Handwriting without tears curriculum.

Geography: We will start our unit on the Solar System. This week we will be discuss about the sun and the four inner planets.

Geometry: We will discuss about the 3 basic shapes of Geometry: Circle/  Square/ Triangle.

Sensorial: We will discuss about the primary and secondary colors.

Art: Continue push pining/ cutting. Draw and paint the sun.

Special Event: Thursday, August 31: Parent Night from 6:30-7:30 PM.

No School: Monday, September 4: Labor Day
