Language: . Our letter sound for the week will be u. As apart of our daily phonics lessons, we are learning to listen to the u sound in a word, identifying rhyming words and learning to separate the first half a compound word.

Math: As part of our math curriculum, we are reviewing some of our Montessori Math concepts.

Writing: This week we will learn to write the letter u.

Social Studies: Our unit this week is"Holidays around the World."

Art: Art projects related to the Holidays.

Language: . Our letter sound for the week will be b. As apart of our phonics lessons, we are developing an awareness that sentences are composed of individual words, clap the syllables in compound words and learning to identify the initial, medial and final positions of sounds in words.

Math: As part of our math curriculum, we are reviewing few Montessori Math concepts including Geometry.

Writing: This week we will learn to write the letter b.

Geography: We will learn about the Arctic region with special emphasis on its animals. We will conclude our study of the Polar Regions.

Social Studies: We will start our unit on Holidays Around the World.

Art: Art projects related to the Holidays.

Food Prep: Pancakes with Maple Syrup / Apple Slicing.

Famous Artist: The famous American artist, "Dale Chihuly."
