Language: This week, our letter sound will be digraph sh.. We are also working on words with long vowels and sight words. Please review the word lists your children will be bringing home every week.

Journal Writing: Europe

Math: We will review graphing.

Art:  Famous Artists Recreations!

Famous Artists: Claude Monet and Kandinsky

Geography: We will conclude our unit on Europe. We will learn about United Kingdom and Russia.

Special presentation: Thursday, March 31: Mr. Sharp ( Annie's Dad is going to do a presentation on England)

Journal Writing: Bird/ spring

Math: We will start word problems.

Art:  Spring art projects.

Science:  Discussion on spring and birds.

Geography: We will start our unit on Europe. We will learn about the animals of Europe. This week we will focus on France, Italy and Netherlands.

Special event: Picture day on Wednesday, March 23.
