Working Together: Week of February 9 - 13
Language: The letter sound for this week will be v and j.
Journal writing: The children will be doing journal writing on Sea Life / What is life.
Math: The children are working with the Montessori math materials. As a class, we have started our unit study on money. This week we will learn about the nickel.
Science: We will continue our study on Sea Life.
Social Studies: Discussion on George Washington & Abraham Lincoln.
Art: Valentine's art project
Food Preparation: Banana slicing and Orange Juicing.
Special Event: We are going to have our classroom Valentine's Day party.
